Due to the limited nature of our capsule releases, processing times may vary slightly during launch periods. If so, this will always be communicated clearly.

International Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer international shipping for The Eshun Collection.
Processing times remain 3–5 business days, with delivery timelines dependent on destination and carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes assessed upon delivery. Eshun House is not able to predict or cover these fees.
Because releases are limited and small-batch, we recommend reviewing sizing and product details carefully before placing an international order.

Returns
Because The Eshun Collection is released in limited, small-batch quantities. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We encourage reviewing all product details carefully prior to purchase.
Store Credit
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition.
Due to our limited capsule model, refunds to original payment methods are not offered.
International orders are final sale.
